We have never had a more seamless car buying experience. We just stopped in to take a look. Bradley was very patient with our questions and respectful of our time. We were in a rush they took care of everything remotely and delivered the car the next day. Can not recommend Patriot and Bradley enough!. Like I said we were in a time crunch and didnt even step foot inside the dealership to accomplish this purchase. Angie made the paperwork side really simple. All of them were great.

Had new batteries put in truck, when I got in truck radio and fan did not work. When I told Service person, he told me I wasn't going to talk to him like that, because I wasn't one of my ex fb players. Tristan was doing a great job of selling us the Armada, he had it brought to our house so we could test drive it. When we saw it, it had several things wrong with it. I let Tristan know that in order for me to buy it, that these things would need to be fixed. He wanted us to sign the paper to buy it before the things were fixed. They are great! Their cost is responsible and they are quick. They are service oriented.
Sometimes I feel they can't diagnose the problem so they resort to changing out parts until the problem goes away. This can get expensive fast. AC problem with this car before the service call that generated this review. Patriot said it was not low on refrigerant but it could be 3 possibilities one was a new compressor Took it to an independent garage. His comments were that there isvery little refrigerant when full but this was down about an Oz. Worked fine after that for $60.00.

Last year I got truck from patrol Chevrolet. I have nothing but problem with. They will you want to hear to sell you a vehicle. Then when it breaks down they will charge you a higher price for service. And very rude management
